The Lullaby Lab Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy
The purchase of a Sleep Programme/package Consultation (the “Consultations”) constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
The Lullaby Lab reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time.
1. Scope of Services and Service Execution
The Lullaby Lab provides personalised sleep consultation services for infants and young children.
We offer two tiers of service:
The basic: Perfect for families who want a personalised sleep plan and guidance to implement it independently.
The Complete Sleep Support: For families who would like personalised guidance and support while implementing their sleep plan.
Following the purchase, clients will be required to complete a sleep diary. This information will be used to create a tailored sleep plan, which will be discussed during a scheduled consultation call.
The Lullaby Lab will make reasonable efforts to respond to communications between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm, but response times are not guaranteed.
2. Fees and Payment
Full payment is required in advance of service delivery.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer only. An invoice will be issued upon booking.
The Lullaby Lab reserves the right to withhold services until full payment has been received.
All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable except as set out in Section 3.
No deduction or counterclaims may be made against the invoice amount
3. Cancellations and Refunds
If the Sleep Programme/package is cancelled by the Client (the payer and receiver of the consultation), the following terms and conditions apply:
Cancellations within 48 hours of payment: Full refund
Cancellations after 48 hours of payment but before submission of the sleep diary to The Lullaby Lab: Full refund minus a £25 administration fee
Cancellation after submission of the sleep diary: No refund
In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of The Lullaby Lab.
The Lullaby Lab reserves the right to cancel Consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. If The Lullaby Lab cancels a consultation, the Client will be offered either: A full refund, or An alternative appointment
If a child has an underlying medical condition that may impact sleep, The Lullaby Lab reserves the right to decline services and issue a full refund.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The services provided by The Lullaby Lab are based on professional experience and are intended as guidance only. Advice given by The Lullaby Lab is intended as advice related to sleep and is not intended as a substitute for medical advice from a GP or other medical expert.
Due to the individual nature of each child, results cannot be guaranteed. The Client acknowledges that:
Implementation of advice is their responsibility
Outcomes may vary
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lullaby Lab shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or undesired outcomes resulting from the use of its services.
5. Intellectual Property
In respect of each programme/package (the “programme/package”) granted by The Lullaby Lab to the Client, the Client agrees that it shall not provide the programme/package to any third party who is not a Client.
All materials, sleep plans, and guidance provided are for the Client’s personal use only. They must not be shared, reproduced, or distributed to third parties without prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
The Lullaby Lab collects and processes personal data in order to provide its Services.
All personal information provided by the Client will be treated as confidential.
Details of how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected are set out in The Lullaby Lab’s Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, the Client agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
7. Conduct
The Lullaby Lab reserves the right to terminate services without refund, including but not limited to cases of inappropriate, abusive, or threatening behaviour from a Client.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
