About me
Helping babies, toddlers, and their families build healthy sleep habits through tailored support.
Hi, I’m Rebecca a South African living in South West London and the founder of The Lullaby Lab.
I’ve had the privilege of living in different countries around the world and working closely with many families and young children from a wide range of backgrounds. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for how unique every child and family is. I also understand how challenging sleep struggles can feel for families, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
With over 10 years of experience working with young children, I’m passionate about supporting families in a way that feels gentle, practical, and tailored to their needs. I believe in looking at the whole child, and I know that sleep plays a vital role in a child’s development and overall wellbeing.
Happy, secure, and well-rested children are able to grow, learn, and thrive — and supporting families in achieving that is at the heart of what I do.
Why I Became a Sleep Consultant
Through my years of working closely with young children and families, I’ve seen firsthand how much sleep impacts a child’s wellbeing and a family’s overall happiness. When little ones aren’t sleeping well, it can affect everything — from mood and development to the confidence parents feel in their daily routines.
I became passionate about helping families find gentle, practical solutions that truly work for their child and their home. Supporting parents through this process and seeing the positive difference that better sleep can make for the whole family is what inspired me to create The Lullaby Lab.
Because every family deserves restful nights — and better sleep is possible.
