An infant sleep consultant assesses your baby’s current day and night-time routines, identifies any challenges, and works with you to create a tailored plan to improve sleep. At The Lullaby Lab, I support you every step of the way as you implement these changes, helping both you and your baby achieve calmer, more restful sleep.
-
At The Lullaby Lab, all methods are gentle, responsive, and supportive. I use a gradual approach where you remain present with your child, offering comfort and reassurance as they learn to sleep.
While some initial tears can be a natural part of change, I don’t use Cry-It-Out methods.

With consistency and commitment, you will see results. My plans are carefully tailored to your child and your family, and I will guide you every step of the way. All I ask is that you follow the plan as discussed so we can achieve the best possible outcome together.

Sleep is one of the most important foundations for both your well-being and your child’s development. While it is an investment, the positive impact of improved sleep—for the whole family—is truly invaluable.
-
Absolutely. I fully support your feeding choices, including breastfeeding and night feeds. We will work together to create a structure that aligns with your goals while gently improving your child’s sleep.
-
Yes, of course. I support families who are co-sleeping, whether by choice or necessity. I will work with you to achieve your goals—whether that’s transitioning your child into their own sleep space or improving sleep while continuing to co-sleep.

I work with children from 6 months up to 6 years on a 1:1 basis. While the approach varies depending on your child’s age, needs, and sleep challenges, my core principles remain the same: gentle, evidence-based methods and ongoing, supportive guidance.
